Purpose
ASRZ-0.05/30 type thin oil lubrication unit, mainly used in metallurgy, mining industries. Supplies lubricating oil to the friction areas of reducers, gear boxes, and main motor bearings in thin oil circulating systems for forging, power, chemical, light industry, ports, and converter plants.
II. Working Principle
The ASRZ type rare oil lubrication station consists of an oil tank, an oil pump unit, a filter, a magnet rod, pipes, valves, and more. This rare oil lubrication station is a complete integrated rare oil station.
During operation, the oil is extracted from the oil tank by the gear pump through an oil suction filter, then passed through an oil filter and throttle valve to the equipment's gear box. The working pressure of the oil station is 0.6MPa. When the working pressure of the oil station exceeds the set pressure of the overflow valve, the overflow valve starts to overflow, stabilizing the system pressure at 0.6MPa.
The structure of the ASRZ type rare oil lubrication station features the following:
1. Utilizing a vertical oil pump unit: The vertical oil pump unit is placed above the oil tank, reducing space.
2. Utilize a needle valve to control the oil supply quantity.
3. The fuel tank has a magnetic rod that filters and吸附es ferromagnetic materials from the return oil, ensuring oil purity. The oil station is equipped with a junction box for wiring, which can be externally connected according to wire numbering.
III. Usage Instructions
Connect the wiring according to the wiring diagram, adjust the overflow valve to the de-energized position, start the oil pump, and check if the pump direction is correct. Close the outlet cutoff valve, adjust the overflow valve until the pressure gauge indicates 0.6 MPa. Gradually open the outlet needle valve.
When the oil tank's temperature is low, the heater can be manually activated to warm the lubricating oil. The electric heater will automatically disconnect when the oil temperature exceeds 42°C. The electric heater cannot be turned on when the oil level in the tank is low.
The pressure pipe filter is equipped with a differential pressure indicator. When the filter pressure differential exceeds 0.35MPa, an alarm signal is triggered to remind the operator to clean or replace the filter element. When the oil pump is in operation, an "Low Pressure" alarm signal is issued if the supply pressure is below 0.2MPa.
