Product Introduction
The CEMS Flue Gas Online Monitoring System is composed of four subsystems: gas pollutants (SO2, NO, etc.) monitoring, particulate matter monitoring, flue gas parameter (flow rate, temperature, pressure, humidity) monitoring, and data collection and processing. Gas pollutants monitoring employs the ultraviolet differential method to measure SO2 and NOx in high-humidity flue gas, while particulate matter monitoring utilizes the laser backscattering principle, and flow rate is measured with a Pitot tube. The measurement signals are sent to the data collection and processing subsystem, which features real-time field data transmission, report statistics, and graphical data analysis, enabling unattended operation at the work site. The entire system has a simple structure, wide dynamic range, strong real-time performance, flexible networking, and low operation cost. Additionally, the system uses a modular structure for easy assembly. It can also communicate with the enterprise's internal DCS and environmental protection department data systems. The PLC data collection and process control operate independently of the industrial control software, ensuring the system is not interfered with by the industrial control computer or other external signals. The industrial control computer data processing system has programming, collection, storage, and remote data transmission functions, meets all technical requirements of the HJ/T76-2007 standard, and can meet various user needs.
II. Features
Gas pollutants are measured using the complete extraction method.
