Zhengzhou Low-Temperature Metal Hoses (referred to as hoses) are high-quality flexible pipelines in modern industrial pipelines. They are mainly composed of bellows, mesh sleeves, and joints. The inner tube is a thin-walled stainless steel bellows with a spiral or annular shape, while the outer layer of the bellows is a mesh sleeve woven from stainless steel wire or steel strip according to certain parameters. The joints or flanges at both ends of the hose are compatible with the joints or flanges of the customer's pipeline.
The corrugated tube of the hose is formed by high-precision plastic deformation of extremely thin-walled seamless or welded stainless steel pipes. Due to the elastic characteristics of the corrugated tube profile, the hose exhibits excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, making it easy to absorb cyclic loads of various motion deformations, particularly with the ability to compensate for large displacements in piping systems.
The net sleeve is the main pressure-bearing component for the hose installed in the pressure pipeline, while also serving as a protective layer for the bellows. Depending on the pressure within the pipeline and the application site, one or multiple layers of stainless steel wire or steel strip can be woven.
Due to the use of Austenitic stainless steel for the main components of the hose, it ensures excellent temperature and corrosion resistance. The operating temperature range of the hose is -196 to 600°C. By selecting the appropriate grade of stainless steel based on the corrosiveness of the medium in the pipeline, the corrosion resistance of the hose can be guaranteed.
