Louisong Asphalt Cold Patching Material is a non-polluting modified asphalt emulsion without complete thermoplasticity, featuring significant advantages of direct-injection high-performance. It is composed of road asphalt, diesel, cold patch additives, anti-slip agents, rut preventive agents, and styrene-butadiene rubber, among other additives. At room temperature, it is a liquid-like thick substance with stable properties and serves as the core raw material for cold patch production. The strength of the cold patch asphalt mixed with aggregates is formed by the cohesive and adhesive properties of the modified asphalt itself, as well as the cohesive and adhesive forces of the mixture formed through interaction with the aggregates. These properties make it difficult for the aggregate particles to separate, forming a cohesive whole, and also ensure a high adhesive force between the mixture and the original surface, making it less prone to peeling or displacement. Our company's direct-injection cold patch asphalt is primarily developed to address the issue of high transportation costs for cold patch materials over long distances. We provide a complete set of production technology for cold patch materials, allowing users to produce them locally using local aggregates and asphalt mixing equipment, thereby reducing production and transportation costs. Production is tailored to demand, eliminating waste, and enhancing economic benefits.
