Fixed Mining Car - The carbody is rigidly connected to the chassis, and the car must be overturned and unloaded using a dump truck. Its basic components include the carbody, chassis, buffer, connector, and walking mechanism. The chassis is a metal structure capable of withstanding traction, braking forces, collisions between mining cars, and rail impacts. Buffers are installed at both ends of the chassis to mitigate the impact force between the two cars. The connector is a component that connects the locomotive to the mining car. The walking mechanism consists of two wheelsets, each composed of four wheels and two axles.
Our factory custom-manufactures various types of fixed, reversible U-shaped and V-shaped mining carts, including 0.75m³, 1.1m³, 1.5m³, 2m³ sizes, as well as various material carts and flatbeds for both coal and non-coal mines.
