Each actuator door and sealed door is equipped with a manual locking and emergency locking device. Their function is to instantly compress the door seal when the explosion shock wave pressure exceeds 20kPa, ensuring the door leaf is tightly closed with the door frame, as the locking mechanism engages the lock core, actuating the double leaf spring brake lock to prevent the door leaf from bouncing back, in cases where the protective actuator door is frequently opened and the door leaf is not locked.
To ensure the gate valve remains open frequently and can close at any time, the door body is equipped with a reset spring hinge, allowing it to close automatically. Surrounding the door leaf are hollow rubber sealing rings, which can only be compressed under the pressure of an explosion shock wave, activating the emergency locking device. Normally, manual locking is required.
