Colorful anti-slip road construction technology
Colorful anti-slip road surface is mainly achieved by laying on the road surfaceA 1-2mm thick adhesive layer with high-strength aggregates, which are synthesized and calcined at high temperatures, distributed on top. After the adhesive is fully cured, excess aggregates are removed to form a colorful warning anti-slip layer. This road surface is vividly colored, suitable for scenic roads, pedestrian overpasses, anti-slip areas on dangerous sections, lane division guidance, etc. It offers strong anti-slip performance and durability, and can be customized with different particle sizes and colors of aggregates to create road surfaces and colored anti-slip materials: 2-3mm for pedestrian walkways, and 3-5mm for motor vehicle lanes.

Method Steps:
Remove debris from the asphalt surface prior to construction and perform a thorough cleaning and sanding to ensure the road is free of mud and other adherents, without any oil stains. Construction can only proceed once the surface is clean and dry.
2. Define the construction area, and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on the road surface once more prior to beginning work.
3. Cover necessary road markings (such as lane lines) with tape to ensure they are not obscured.
Prepare construction materials, tools, and other auxiliary construction supplies according to construction requirements.
5. ToMix Adhesives A and B in the specified ratio and stir well.
6.Apply the mixed adhesive evenly over the construction section, and then spread it uniformly on the construction surface using a toothed rubber mop, ensuring the adhesive thickness is even, covers the entire construction section, and has no leakage points. The application time for the adhesive should be between 5 minutes to 15 minutes; it should not be too long to avoid the adhesive losing its adhesion due to curing.Construction Activity
7. Spread the required clean colored anti-slip aggregates evenly over the adhesive until the adhesive is completely covered by the aggregates, ensuring the aggregates are fully bonded to the adhesive and the surface is dense and level. Note: Do not press flat with force.Leakage.
8.Remove the adhesive tape promptly to ensure the road edge is not damaged, and repair any damage with the original material as soon as it occurs.
9.After the adhesive has cured, use a broom or a powerful vacuum cleaner to remove excess aggregates. Be sure to remove any aggregates that are not properly bonded. Do not contaminate the road surface during sweeping. Traffic can be reopened once all excess aggregates have been cleared.
