Dynamic rope (main rope) is the core of the entire climbing protection system. UIAA standard for dynamic rope design: when an 80KG climber falls with a fall factor of 2, the impact force on themselves does not exceed 12KN (the human body's limit of force, experiments show that the human body can withstand an impact force of 12KN for a short period of time).

This is achieved through the elasticity of the main rope, a dynamic rope similar to bungee cords, capable of absorbing sudden impacts.
