Section II: Overview of Automatic Sandblasting Machine Processing Method
Determine the number of spray guns based on the required width of the workpiece to meet the sandblasting needs for different specifications.
2. Turn on the power switch, the lighting turns on, and start the exhaust and dust removal system motor; add qualified sand material.
3. Clamp the workpiece in the fixture and sequentially place it on the conveyor belt.
4. Workpieces pass through the sandblasting room at a constant speed on a conveyor belt, while the sandblasting gun reciprocates under motor-driven movement.
5. Processed parts pass through a blow-off chamber, where they are blown clean of residual sand by a wind gun, after which workers remove the sandblasted parts.
6. Requires 2 or more operators (one for placing and one for removing).

This equipment consists of the main unit, cyclone separator, dust collector, and corresponding electrical pipeline components.

The gun's spray angle can be set anywhere between -25° to 25°, and the distance between the gun and the product can be adjusted from 0 to 200 mm.
