The Veneer Sheet is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, featuring a colored relief decorative metal plate. The core material is a fire-retardant thermal insulation layer, and the bottom layer is an aluminum foil material with thermal insulation, moisture-proof, and heat-insulating properties.
Insulation and decorative panels utilize the world's advanced interlocking technology, offering a short construction period, easy installation, suitability for all seasons, and durability. Metal embossed panels are formed from galvanized aluminum alloy and colored steel sheets, coated with a moderate amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to create an insulating foam board. This board is then bonded with waterproof aluminum foil and insulating paper, featuring patterns such as wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spattered textures. It boasts over seven layers of special resin coating and nearly 100 color options.
