The veneer panel is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, featuring a colored embossed decorative metal plate. The core material is a flame-retardant, thermal insulation layer. The bottom layer is made of aluminum foil, which provides thermal insulation and moisture-proof functions.
Insulation and decorative panels are constructed using the world's most advanced interlocking technology, offering a short construction period, easy installation, suitability for all seasons, and durability. The metal embossed panels are made of galvanized aluminum alloy or color steel sheets, coated with a moderate amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to form foam boards for insulation and heat preservation. They are then bonded with waterproof aluminum foil and composite heat-insulating paper. Available in a variety of patterns including wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spattered textures, these panels feature up to seven layers of special resin coating and come in nearly 100 colors for selection.
