The veneer board is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, making it a colored embossed metal panel. The core material is a fire-retardant thermal insulation layer, and the bottom layer is aluminum foil with thermal insulation, moisture-proof, and heat-insulating properties.
Insulation and decorative panels utilize the world's advanced interlocking technology, offering short construction periods, easy installation, suitability year-round, and durability. Metal embossed panels are made from galvanized aluminum alloy or color steel sheets, coated with a moderate amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to form foam boards for insulation and heat preservation. They are then bonded with waterproof aluminum foil insulation paper, featuring patterns like wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spattered textures. These panels come with over seven layers of special resin coating and offer nearly 100 color options.
