Veneer plank is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, featuring a colored embossed metal panel. The core material is a fire-retardant thermal insulation layer, while the bottom layer is aluminum foil with thermal insulation, moisture-proof properties.
Board materials, also known as thermal insulation and decorative panels, utilize the world's most advanced interlocking technology for quick installation with short construction periods, suitability year-round, and durability. Metal embossed panels are made from galvanized aluminum zinc alloy or color steel, coated with a moderate amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to form foam boards that provide thermal insulation, and then bonded with waterproof aluminum foil and thermal insulation paper. They come in various patterns such as wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spatter, featuring over seven layers of special resin coating and nearly 100 colors to choose from.
