The veneer board is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, featuring a colored relief metal plate. The core material is a fire-retardant thermal insulation layer, and the bottom layer is made of aluminum foil material with thermal insulation, moisture-proof, and moisture-resistant properties.
The thermal insulation and decorative panel, known as the composite panel, utilizes the cutting-edge interlocking technology in the world today. It boasts a short construction period, easy installation, suitability for all seasons, and durability. The metal embossed panel is made from galvanized aluminum zinc alloy or color steel, coated with a moderate amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to form an insulating foam board, and then bonded with waterproof aluminum foil and insulating paper. It features patterns such as wood grain, brick texture, stone grain, bark texture, and spattered patterns, with no less than seven layers of special resin coating. There are nearly 100 colors to choose from.
