The wood grain boards are primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, making it a colored relief metal plate. The core material is a fire-retardant and thermal insulation layer, while the bottom layer is an aluminum foil material with thermal insulation and moisture-proof properties.
Sheet materials, also known as thermal insulation and decorative panels, utilize the world's advanced interlocking technology for quick installation, suitable for all seasons, and are highly durable. Metal embossed panels are made from galvanized aluminum alloy or color steel sheet, coated with a moderate amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to form foam boards for thermal insulation, and compounded with waterproof aluminum foil insulation paper. They come in various patterns such as wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spattered textures, with no less than seven layers of special resin coating and nearly 100 color options available.
