Veneer panel is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, featuring a colored embossed decorative metal plate. The core material is a flame-retardant treated thermal insulation layer, and the bottom layer is an aluminum foil material with thermal insulation, moisture-proof properties.
Board materials, also known as thermal insulation and decorative panels, utilize the world's most advanced interlocking technology, offering a short construction period, simple installation, suitability for all seasons, and durability. Metal embossed panels are formed from galvanized aluminum zinc alloy and colored steel sheets, covered with a sufficient amount of resin under high pressure, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to create foam boards for thermal insulation. They are then bonded with waterproof aluminum foil and insulating paper, featuring patterns such as wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spattered textures. They come with over seven layers of special resin coating and nearly 100 color options to choose from.
