The veneer board is primarily composed of three parts: the surface material, core material, and bottom material. The surface is treated with a special coating, making it a colored embossed metal panel. The core material is a fire-retardant thermal insulation layer, and the bottom layer is aluminum foil with thermal insulation, moisture-proof properties.
Sheet materials, known as thermal insulation and decorative panels, utilize the world's advanced interlocking technology for quick and easy installation, suitable for all seasons, and durable. Metal embossed panels are made from aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheets, covered with a high-pressure resin film, filled with rigid PU polyurethane foam to create an insulating foam board, bonded with waterproof aluminum foil and insulating paper composite. They come in various patterns such as wood grain, brick, stone, bark, and spattered patterns, with more than seven layers of special resin coating and nearly 100 colors to choose from.
