The principle of its technology

The main load-bearing points are set in the main structure, and the thermal insulation panels are fixed to the building with metal hangers, forming a metal carved thermal insulation decorative curtain wall. In cases where the project is a frame structure, as the walls cannot directly fix the hangers, it is necessary to install a metal frame to secure the hangers. The used frame is galvanized light steel, and anti-corrosion treatment is conducted properly.

Insulation panels are fixed using a pin-type fixing method, which consists of: first, securing angle iron with bolts to the frame or wall, then attaching the support plate to the angle iron. The insulation panels are connected to the support plate via pins. This hanger allows the panels to be adjusted vertically and horizontally within a small range, ensuring even gaps and a flat surface.
