Double-gou flat pattern exterior wall thermal insulation metal embossed panels, metal exterior wall fire-resistant decorative panels, are made by using galvanized aluminum steel coils, which are directly fed into the cold bending forming machine without passing through a metal embossing machine (smooth surface, no raised patterns). While forming the ends with sockets, two middle grooves are also formed on the panel surface. These are then used as fire-resistant, insulating, and soundproofing boards for exterior wall decoration. This panel is primarily installed on exterior walls, giving the appearance of painted wooden strips assembled, resulting in a very aesthetic look. This polyurethane thermal insulation sandwich panel is widely used in exterior wall decoration of buildings, kiosks, dry-hanging insulating and soundproofing walls, and fire-resistant thermal insulation for lightweight steel villas.
