Double-gou flat embossed exterior thermal insulation metal panels and metal fire-resistant decorative panels are made by using galvanized steel coils with aluminum coating, which are not processed through a metal embossing machine (surface is smooth, without浮雕 patterns). They are directly fed into the cold bending forming machine, where the two ends are formed with interlocking sockets while two middle grooves are formed on the panel surface. After that, they undergo lamination and composite processes to create fire-resistant, insulating, and soundproofing boards for exterior wall decoration and insulation. These panels are primarily installed on exterior walls, giving the appearance of being painted with colorful wooden strips, resulting in a very aesthetic look. This polyurethane insulated sandwich panel is widely used in exterior wall decoration of buildings, kiosks, dry-hanging insulating and soundproofing walls, and fire-resistant and thermal insulation for lightweight steel villas.
