1. Prior to waxing, test the wax solution with a test strip to ensure it's safe and non-toxic. Water-based waxes may contain acidic or alkaline substances that can react adversely with stone.

2. Choose the wax water accurately, opting for colorless wax water whenever possible to prevent the stone from being stained.

3. Thoroughly inspected, the stone has been effectively treated for waterproof and oil resistance, so there's no concern about staining hazards.
