Product Introduction
——Electrically heated thermal oil boiler, also known as electrically heated organic heat carrier boiler, utilizes electricity as the power source and thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. It serves as a high-temperature heat source for various environments below 320°C and is widely used in industries requiring high-temperature heating or drying. This product boasts high temperature, low pressure, precise temperature control, and high thermal energy utilization. An optional steam generator is also available to produce saturated steam of up to 1.3MPa for the user's needs.
Heat is generated by electric heating elements immersed in the thermal oil medium. Using a circulating pump, the thermal oil is forced into a liquid phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heating equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the heating equipment, it returns to the heater via the circulating pump, absorbs more heat, and then transfers it to the heating equipment again. This cycle repeats continuously, achieving the continuous transfer of heat, thereby raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating technical requirements.
