Product Introduction
1. Complete assembled boilers, as opposed to traditional loose-assembly boilers, involve transporting the boiler body and components to the site for assembly after factory production. In contrast, complete assembled boilers come with the base and support structures, pre-assembled and secured at the factory. Upon arrival at the site, only overall installation and connection of external pipelines are needed, significantly reducing the installation time on-site for loose-assembly boilers and also enhancing the quality of boiler installation.
2. Packaged boilers offer the following advantages:
a. Compact structure, occupying minimal land area;
b. Easy construction, with low construction costs;
c. High installation quality, and excellent performance.
Note: All types of boilers can be factory-assembled, but due to size and shipping considerations, factory-assembled boilers are generally limited to those under 3 million BTUs.
Gas (Fuel Oil) Thermal Oil Boiler, Coke Oven Gas, Blast Furnace Gas, Heavy Oil, Light Oil, Diesel, Natural Gas as fuel, with thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, can serve as a high-temperature heat source below 350℃ for various environments, widely used in various industries requiring high-temperature heating or drying. This product boasts high temperature, low pressure, precise temperature control, and high thermal energy utilization. An optional steam generator is also available, producing saturated steam below 1.3MPa for the user's needs.

1) Compact structure, small footprint, saving usage area.
2) Easier installation, significantly reducing the installation timeline, and facilitating on-site management.
3) Low installation requirements; the installation unit does not need qualifications, and there is no need to notify the local market supervision administration of the start of work, nor is there a need to apply for supervision inspection with the local special equipment inspection department.
4) The user unit (or property owner) should handle the boiler registration procedure in one go. No need to repeat the usage registration when changing the location of use, but the special equipment safety supervision authority of the new usage location should be informed of the change.
