Product Introduction
The (YGL) series organic heat carrier boilers are assembled forced circulation vertical biomass burners for rice husk, sugarcane bagasse, furfural residue, waste wood, sanding powder, and thermal oil. The boiler body features a compact heating surface structure, consisting of internally and externally densely packed disk tubes. The inner disk tubes form a radiant heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer disk tubes constitutes a convection heating surface. The boiler is composed of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, assembled on-site. After the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, it absorbs most of the heat by the radiant heating surface. The high-temperature flue gas then enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After exiting the boiler, the air required for combustion is heated in the air preheater. It is then purified through a dust collector and sent up the chimney to the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.

Easy to install; simply close the upper body and lower combustion chamber together, with a short installation period.

The heating surface utilizes densely packed round tubes, providing ample arrangement and reducing the surface heat load on the tubes, ensuring safer use of the heat transfer oil.

Medium flow is rationalized; thermal oil flows from low (inlet) to high (outlet), making it difficult for gases generated during operation to linger in the furnace, allowing for easy expulsion from the system.

Fuel undergoes adiabatic combustion within the combustion chamber, making it easier to ignite and burn more thoroughly, thus enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.

The boiler's top is equipped with densely packed piping, which better protects the top and prevents the occurrence of burnout.

 

Structural Features

1. Utilizing Yike patent technology, additional tube bundles at the furnace top are installed to further absorb excess heat from flue gas and protect the boiler's top, thereby enhancing the boiler's lifespan.

2. Achieve fully automatic feeding, and with the addition of variable frequency control technology, the number of furnace operators can be reduced to one.

3. Mechanical forced combustion, specifically designed for wood industry with a dedicated furnace arch, ensures complete combustion, smoke and dust elimination, and excellent environmental performance.

4. Capable of handling waste generated in the wood industry production (bark, sawdust, sanding dust, etc.) while also providing the required heat (hot oil or hot gas).

5. It can be paired with a steam generator for steam output use.

 

Electrical Control

1. Utilizing automation controllers such as Siemens and other international brands as the core control system

2. Utilizing peripheral components from international well-known brands to achieve high-quality automated control systems.

3. Exported Thermal Oil Temperature Display: Can be locally displayed and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for instrument display. Users can set this temperature value, and it can be interlocked with the induced draft fan to achieve automatic adjustment of operation, as well as high-temperature alarm.

4. Imported thermal oil temperature display: Can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for仪表display.

5. Exported thermal oil pressure display: Can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for仪表display, and realize overpressure alarm.

6. Thermal oil import pressure display: Can be locally displayed and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for instrument display.

7. Expansion Tank Liquid Level Control: Achieve low liquid level alarm for the expansion tank, promptly reminding the boiler operator to inject oil into the system, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the boiler system.

8. The control module boasts strong expandability, allowing for convenient implementation of various advanced applications such as group control and remote control, tailored to customer needs.

 

Process Standards

Design, manufacture, assembly, testing, and acceptance of boilers are strictly in accordance with national and industry standards, including but not limited to the following: GB/T16507 "Water Tube Boilers," TSG G0001 "Regulations for Safety Design Supervision of Boilers," GB/T17410 "Organic Heat Carrier Boilers," and GB50273 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Boiler Installation Engineering."
2. The primary steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, ensuring the safety and reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials are selected according to NB/T47018. The boiler tubes are焊接 using argon gas protected full penetration welding. The welds are subjected to X-ray inspection and testing in accordance with NB/T47013 "Non-destructive Testing of Pressure Vessels". After the complete assembly of the boiler, all tube assemblies undergo hydrostatic testing to ensure that the welding quality of each boiler meets the standard.
