Coal-fired thermal oil boiler, powered by coal or biomass, using thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, serves as a high-temperature heat source below 350°C for various environments, widely used in industries requiring high-temperature heating or drying. This product boasts high temperature, low pressure, precise temperature control, and high thermal energy utilization. Optional steam generators are also available, producing saturated steam below 1.3MPa for customer use.

Structural Features

1. Enhanced the process by adding a superheater tube to the boiler top, further absorbing waste heat from flue gas and protecting the boiler top, thereby extending the lifespan of the boiler.

2. Achieve fully automatic feeding; with the optional variable frequency control technology, the number of furnace operators can be reduced to one.

3. Mechanical forced combustion, specifically designed arches for wood industry use, ensuring complete combustion, smoke and dust removal, and excellent environmental performance.

4. Capable of handling waste generated in the wood industry production (bark, sawdust, sanding dust, etc.) while also providing the required heat (hot oil or hot gas).

5. It can be paired with a steam generator for steam output use.

 

Electrical Control

1. Utilizing automation controllers such as Siemens and other international brands as the core control systems

3. Thermal Oil Export Temperature Display: The temperature can be displayed on-site and transmitted to the control cabinet for meter display. Users can set this temperature value and it can be interlocked with the induced draft fan to achieve automatic operation adjustment and high-temperature alarm.

4. Thermal oil import temperature display: Can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for仪表display.

5. Thermal oil export pressure display: Can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for meter display, with overpressure alarm function.

6. Thermal oil import pressure display: Can be locally displayed and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for meter display.

7. Expansion Tank Liquid Level Control: Achieve low liquid level alarm in the expansion tank, promptly reminding the boiler operator to inject oil into the system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler system.

8. The control module boasts robust expandability, allowing for easy implementation of various deep applications such as group control and remote control, tailored to customer needs.

 

Process Standards

Design, manufacture, assembly, testing, and acceptance of boilers strictly in accordance with national and industry standards, including but not limited to the following: GB/T16507 "Water Tube Boilers", TSG G0001 "Regulations for Safety Design Supervision of Boilers", GB/T17410 "Organic Heat Carrier Boilers", GB50273 "Construction and Acceptance Code for Boiler Installation Engineering."
2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, ensuring the safety and reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials are selected according to NB/T47018, and boiler tubes are焊接 using argon gas protected full penetration welding. The welds are inspected by X-ray and tested in accordance with NB/T47013 "Non-destructive Testing of Pressure Equipment." After the complete assembly of the boiler, all tube sections undergo hydrostatic testing to ensure that the welding quality of each boiler meets the standard.

 

Package Boiler

——Package boilers, also known as quick-assembly boilers, are a value-added service we offer for convenient on-site installation for our customers.

1. Complete assembly boilers, in contrast to traditional disassembled boilers, are assembled on-site after the main boiler body and components are delivered from the factory. In contrast, complete assembly boilers, in addition to the basic components, also include the base and supports, which are already assembled and secured at the factory. Upon arrival at the site, only overall installation and connection of external pipelines are required, significantly reducing installation time on-site for disassembled boilers and also enhancing the quality of boiler installation.

2. Advantages of complete boiler packages include: a. Compact structure, occupying less floor space; b. Easy construction with low construction costs; c. High installation quality and excellent operational performance.

**Note**: All types of boilers can be delivered in complete sets. However, due to size and transportation constraints, complete set boilers are generally limited to those with a thermal output of 3 million kcal or less.
