Product Description
Waste incineration waste heat boilers, such as those for hazardous waste and medical waste, convert the high-temperature flue gas (850-1100°C) produced from the combustion of waste into superheated steam for use in steam turbines or waste heat recovery equipment for producing domestic gas. Key features include preventing fly ash from polluting the heating surface and ensuring the exhaust at the boiler tail end is non-toxic and above 300°C. The boiler employs a combination of vertical and horizontal designs, a membrane-type flue, medium-temperature arrangement in the superheater, and a natural circulation structure.
Product Features
1. Vertically arranged components offer a compact structure and minimal footprint.
2. Full-membrane water-cooled wall structure offers high thermal efficiency and excellent sealing performance, addressing issues such as large air leakage, high heat loss, and high energy consumption.
3. The furnace features two-stage gas and solid separation, addressing issues such as low dust removal efficiency and severe environmental pollution.
4. Full suspension structure, conducive to boiler expansion, with high safety.
5. Rigid beam fixed structure; the boiler furnace has anti-explosion characteristics with a high safety margin.
6. Fully Automatic Shock Wave Ash Blower, effectively reduces fly ash pollution, extends the life of the boiler, ensures boiler efficiency, and prevents damage and wear.
7. Sealed spiral ash discharge unit with烟气side sealing and automatic ash cleaning, addressing issues such as low manual efficiency and high labor intensity.
8. Targeted structural design, highly adaptable to exhaust gas temperatures and dust.
