Solidified flooring, also known as hardening flooring, is achieved by the penetration of concrete sealing hardener into the concrete, which alters the internal structure through material reaction, thereby enhancing hardness and luster. It uses a concrete sealing, dust-proof, and wear-resistant hardener to fundamentally address issues like chipping, hollowing, cracking, peeling, powdering, and short lifespan in cement floors, terrazzo floors, abrasive floors, and epoxy floors.

Concrete Sealer and Curing Agent Flooring: The concrete should be fully cured before application, and it should be completely dry before application. Generally, the curing agent should be applied for maintenance about 20 days after the concrete work. The curing agent fully penetrates into the concrete, becoming one with it, resulting in the finished product retaining the original appearance of the concrete. However, at this point, the concrete has formed a dense whole, offering resistance to seepage, compression, abrasion, and corrosion from acids, alkalis, and salts. It does not dust and requires no further maintenance.
