The DZW series electric actuators for valves are our company's improved and optimized version of the existing mature products, featuring enhanced protection performance and key components, and are completely self-developed new-generation products. The DZW series is used to control the opening and closing of valves. Suitable for gate valves, stop valves, check valves, diaphragm valves, and its derivative products can be used for ball valves, butterfly valves, and dampers, etc. It can accurately actuate according to control commands and is an indispensable driving device for remote control, centralized control, and automatic control of valves.
This product's performance meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 (Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators of General Valves) and the explosion-proof performance complies with GB3836.1-2000 (Part 1 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: General Requirements), GB3836.2-2000 (Part 2 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: Explosion-proof Type "d"), and JB/T8529-1997 (Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof Electric Actuators).

Three: Adjust
Adjust the torque, while traversing, ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft to disengage) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the closing torque.
(2) Begin with a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque for switching direction based on the valve's operating characteristics; typically, the open direction torque is greater than the close direction torque.
(4) Adjustments are made under conditions of no-load and without medium pressure, etc. When there is pressure and temperature, attention should be paid to whether it can be tightly sealed. If it cannot be sealed tightly, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be tightly sealed and easily opened.
2. Travel Control Mechanism Adjustment
(1) Close the valve manually.
(2) Remove the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the plunger in the mechanism and turn it 90°, thereby separating the driving pinion from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "Off" position using a screwdriver towards the adjustment shaft, and continue rotating until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to activate. This indicates that the "Off" position travel is initially adjusted.

At this point, you can turn it on electrically for a few rotations, then turn it off. Check if the closing stroke meets the requirements. If not, adjust it again following the aforementioned procedure.
(5) Direction Adjustment: After the closed direction is adjusted, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to actuate. Once the stroke mechanism engages with the driving gear, the opening stroke is complete. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, the operation can be repeated several times. Generally, the valve is opened to about 90%.
3. Adjustable Opening Indicator Adjustment:
Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after adjusting the gear and travel.
