Three: Adjust
Adjust the torque, while in motion, ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft to disengage) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the torque.
(2) Start from a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque of the switch direction based on the valve's operating characteristics; generally, the open direction torque is greater than the close direction torque.
(4) Adjustments are made under no-load, no-medium pressure, and other factors. When pressure and temperature are present, attention should be given to whether it can be tightly sealed. If it cannot be sealed properly, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be tightly sealed and easily opened.
2. Traveler control mechanism adjustment:
(1) Close the valve manually.
(2) Disengage the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the top rod in the stroke control mechanism and rotate it 90°, thus separating the driving sprocket from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "OFF" position screwdriver towards the adjustment shaft, turning until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to activate. This indicates that the "OFF" stroke is initially adjusted.
(4)
At this point, turn a few circles electrically and then close it. Check if the closing stroke meets the requirements; if not, adjust it again following the aforementioned procedure.
(5) Direction Adjustment: After the closed direction is adjusted, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the micro-switch to activate. Reengage the stroke mechanism with the driving gear, and the opening stroke is complete. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, repeat the operation a few times. Generally, the valve is opened to about 90%.
3. Adjustable opening degree indicator adjustment:
Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after tuning the gear and travel.
