Three: Adjust
Adjust the torque, while in motion, ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft to disengage) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the torque.
(2) Begin with a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque for switching direction based on the valve's operational characteristics; typically, the torque for the open direction is greater than that for the close direction.
(4) Adjustments are made under conditions of no load, no medium pressure, etc. When there is pressure and temperature, attention should be given to whether it can be tightly sealed. If it cannot be sealed tightly, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be tightly sealed and easily opened.
2. Traveler Control Mechanism Adjustment
(1) Manually close the valve tightly.
(2) Disengage the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the top rod in the stroke control mechanism and rotate it 90°, thereby separating the driving small gear from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "OFF" position screwdriver towards the adjustment shaft, turning it in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to activate. This indicates that the "OFF" travel has been initially adjusted.
(4)
At this point, you can electrically turn it a few rotations, then shut it off. Check if the closing travel meets the requirements. If not, adjust it again following the aforementioned procedure.
(5) Adjustment of Open Direction: After adjusting the closed direction, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to actuate. Afterward, reengage the stroke mechanism with the driving gear, indicating the completion of the open direction stroke adjustment. Once the stroke control mechanism is adjusted, it can be operated repeatedly. Generally, the open valve is controlled around 90%.

Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after adjusting the torque and stroke.
