The DZW series electric actuators are a new generation of products that our company has developed and improved upon our existing mature products, optimizing protection performance and key components. They are completely self-developed, featuring a compact structure, small size, attractive appearance, and stable and reliable performance. With a good protection rating, they can meet the needs of various designs: explosion-proof, overall switch, and overall adjustment types.
The DZW series is used for controlling the opening and closing of valves. Suitable for gate valves, stop valves, check valves, diaphragm valves, its derivative products can be applied to ball valves, butterfly valves, and dampers, etc. It can accurately actuate according to control commands, and is an indispensable driving device for remote control, centralized control, and automatic control of valves.
This product's performance meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 (Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators of General Valves) and the specifications of GB3836.1-2000 (Part 1 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: General Requirements), GB3836.2-2000 (Part 2 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: Flameproof Type "d"), and JB/T8529-1997 (Technical Conditions for Flameproof Electric Actuators).

Three: Adjust
Adjust the torque during travel; ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the torque.
(2) Begin with a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque of the switching direction according to the valve's operating characteristics; typically, the opening torque is greater than the closing torque.
(4) Adjustments are made under conditions of no load, no medium pressure, etc. When there is pressure and temperature, attention should be given to whether it can be tightly sealed. If it cannot be sealed tightly, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be tightly sealed and easily opened.
2. Travel Control Mechanism Adjustment
(1) Manually close the valve tightly.
(2) Disengage the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the top rod in the stroke control mechanism and rotate it 90°, thereby separating the driving small gear from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "OFF" adjustment shaft with a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow until the cam engages the spring plate, causing the microswitch to actuate. This indicates that the "OFF" travel is initially adjusted.
(4)
At this point, you can turn the switch a few times electrically, then turn it off. Check if the closing stroke meets the requirements. If not, adjust it again following the above procedure.
(5) Direction Adjustment: After the valve is adjusted in the closed direction, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the micro-switch to activate. Once the stroke mechanism engages with the driving gear, the open direction stroke is complete. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, repeat the operation a few times. Generally, the valve is opened to about 90%.
3. Adjustable Opening Indicator Adjustment:
Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after tuning the gear ratio and travel.
