Section 2: Sheets and Materials
The steamer oven is composed of an upper cabinet body and a lower black iron firebox core. The body panel is 1.5mm thick, the shell is 1.2mm thick, and the inner lining is 0.8mm thick. The upper section is divided into three compartments, each equipped with an independent steam overpressure release switch. The top two compartments contain one stainless steel mesh layer each, while the third compartment contains two. Each compartment has a stainless steel cover door, sealed with a hygienic, non-toxic, high-temperature silicone strip around the frame to prevent steam leakage. A safety pressure relief valve is installed on the oven body to automatically expel overpressure steam.
