20G high-pressure boiler tube steel, commonly used for boiler pressure elements, is typically applied in boilers with a pressure below 39 kg. To accommodate higher pressure usage, the heating surface tubes are often designed to be thick. To reduce thermal resistance and save steel, ensuring the safety of steel used in high-pressure or high-pressure boilers, and also to lower the steel consumption, 16MnG is widely used. Additionally, special steel with added rare earth, magnesium, and other metallic and non-metallic materials is also available. This enhances the performance of the boiler steel, reduces steel consumption, and also lowers thermal resistance.
