Explosion-proof positive pressure room structure and main technical parameters

Explosion-proof pressurized room structure: Utilizes both internal and external steel structures. Analytical instruments, pretreatment, and control units are assembled inside the analytical room, which is installed on-site close to the location. Sampling probes are installed in front of the outdoor pressure-reducing station. The main body of the analytical room is constructed with internal and external steel plates (cold rolled or stainless steel), the base is made of No.10 channel steel, surrounded by square steel frame structure. Both internal and external plates are spray-painted, with a 70mm thick intermediate layer filled with flame-retardant, thermal insulation, and heat-insulating materials. Explosion-proof air conditioners are installed indoors to regulate temperature. The electrical distribution system is a pipeline system, equipped with an explosion-proof distribution box. The lighting system uses explosion-proof emergency fluorescent lamps. The analytical room also features ventilation, air exchange, and filtering devices. The single-door structure is equipped with a glass observation window and an escape door lock. Special processing technology ensures functions such as sealing, corrosion resistance, dust-proofing, and temperature control.
