★ Explosion-proof Axial Flow Fan Product Types and Specifications: BT35-11
This series is divided into 13 different models based on impeller diameter, sequentially numbered as No. 2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, and 11.2. Each model can be assembled in 5 different angles: 150, 200, 250, 300, and 350.
★ Features of Explosion-proof Axial Flow Fan:
1. This series features a direct-drive structure with the impeller mounted directly on the motor shaft. It operates at three speeds—2900, 1450, and 960 rpm—under the condition that the circumferential speed of the impeller does not exceed 60 m/s. The impeller rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet side, with the进气 direction at the non-impeller end.
2. Utilizing a cylindrical hub structure, the motor has been redesigned to reduce flow losses, thereby increasing the fan efficiency to 77% by circular area calculation and to 89.5% by annular area calculation. The noise level has been reduced by 3.6 dB compared to A-weighted sound, and the strength at the blade root has been enhanced to prevent blade fracturing.
The BT35 fan consists of four main parts: the impeller, housing, air collector, and motor.
(1) Impeller section: Composed of blades and hubs, made of high-strength antistatic glass fiber reinforced plastic (with corrosion resistance requirements) or cast aluminum blades (without corrosion resistance requirements).
Shell Section: Composed of a duct and a bracket, the duct is made of high-strength antistatic fiberglass (corrosion-resistant requirement) or carbon steel, and the bracket is made of angle steel. The duct is cylindrical with a gap between it and the impeller.
(3) Air Collector Section: Composed of air collector flanges and air collectors. The air collectors are designed with an arc-shaped streamline, which can reduce the loss at the air flow inlet.
(4) Motor: Equipped with YSF series fan motor, featuring compact size, light weight, reliable operation, sturdy structure, and low noise. The motor offers reliable performance and stable quality. The motor is an IP44 fully enclosed air-cooled type with Class B insulation.
