Purpose:
For integrated sewage treatment equipment, aeration ponds in wastewater treatment plants, and sand-sluice aeration tanks, it provides aeration and mixing for the mixed sludge, and biochemical treatment for wastewater or aeration for fish ponds.
Principle:
The rotating impeller generates a centrifugal force in the water, creating a vacuum area around the impeller due to this force. Air is then吸入 via the intake pipe, where it mixes with the water inside the mixing disk. This well-mixed and uniform mixture is automatically ejected around the exhaust outlet.
This process involves the following aspects: air and water mixing in the mixing disk to produce a gas-liquid mixing effect, the gas-liquid mixture discharged at the outlet forming circulation and convection; and the high-speed movement of oxygen molecules within a large volume of air to achieve high oxygen absorption efficiency.
