QSB Type Deep Water Self-Priming Submersible Jet Aerator/FQSB Buoyant Submersible Jet Aerator
Principles and Applications:
The water flow generated by the submersible pump passes through a nozzle to form a high-speed jet, creating a vacuum around the nozzle to draw in air. This air is then mixed with the water flow in a mixing chamber, producing a water-air mixture inside the bell-shaped diffuser and jetting out at high speed. The water flow, carrying many bubbles, swirls and stirs in a larger area and depth, completing aeration. Moreover, its shaft power does not vary with the depth of submersion, and the air intake can be adjusted. This is why jet aeration machines can be applied in ponds with varying water levels.
FQSB Buoyant Submerged Jet Aerator
The FQSB buoyant jet aeration unit is a modified version of the submersible mixer, enhanced with a stainless steel buoyant buoy, with specific models selected according to the QSB submersible jet aeration unit.
Features:
The aeration machine is composed of a submersible pump and a jet pump, enabling simultaneous water stirring and aeration. It offers high oxygen absorption rates and the advantage of impeller non-clogging.
Powerful unidirectional liquid flow, creating an effective convection cycle, with minimal motor load variation with water level, easy to install.
Application Conditions:
The QSB type deep water self-priming submersible jet aeration pump can operate continuously under the following conditions:
1. Medium temperature not exceeding 40°C; 2. Medium pH value between 5~9; 3. Medium density not exceeding 1150 kg/m³.

Selection and Installation:
When assistance in selection is required, customers should provide data such as pond type, medium characteristics, required air volume, and diving depth to enable us to design and supply suitable equipment to better meet your needs. The QSB type deep water submersible jet aerator has two installation types: self-coupling and portable. Self-coupling installation involves securing the aeration unit and base to the bottom of the pond, installing the matching support blocks at the pond's top, and using guides to connect both. The submersible electric pump is connected to a specific bracket and slides down the guide to the base outlet position, where it is automatically coupled and sealed by its own weight. Self-coupling installation allows for the lifting and installation of the electric pump without the need for personnel to enter the water pit. Portable installation involves placing the deep water submersible jet aerator at the bottom of the pond, which relies on its own weight for positioning. This type offers adjustable installation locations, flexibility, and low costs.
