Product Introduction:

Buoyant Aerator is a new type of submerged aeration pump, which is an improvement on the existing submerged centrifugal aeration pump. It changes the original installation method that relies on the self-weight of the submerged aeration pump to be positioned at the bottom of the pool, to a method that utilizes dual intake pipes and is suspended above the water surface by a buoyant cylinder. Installation and maintenance are simple, no pool entry is required; just hoist out the equipment.

Operating Principle:

The buoyant aeration machine is an improved version of the original QXB aeration machine, consisting of an aeration unit, a buoyant cylinder ring, an air intake pipe, and an installation bracket. The buoyant cylinder is suspended in the water by the buoyant force of water, and is secured to the pool edge using steel wire ropes. It operates on the same principle as the QXB submersible centrifugal aeration machine. The main submersible centrifugal aeration unit is composed of a submersible pump, a base, an air intake pipe, and a mixing chamber. The upper end of the air intake pipe protrudes above the water surface to draw in air, while the lower end connects to the mixing chamber. Once the equipment is turned on, the impeller rotates, water flows out of the impeller through the mixing chamber to form pressure, air is drawn in and mixed with the liquid, and the mixed fluid is discharged from the periphery, completing the oxygenation process.

Application Scope:

Buoyant aeration machines are primarily used in aeration ponds, aeration sedimentation tanks, aquaculture pond aeration, and lake water circulation for landscape purposes.

Note:

1. Cable wires are not allowed to be used as hoisting lines; chains must be used for lifting and moving aeration machines.

2. Power is not disconnected; do not enter the pool to move the aeration machine.

3. Regularly remove the aeration machine for inspection and cleaning

4. Upon initial startup, check if the impeller rotates in the correct direction. If the rotation is incorrect, it may slightly affect efficiency, but could severely damage the motor.
