Product Introduction:
Buoyant aeration machines are a new type of submersible aeration pump, which is an improvement on the existing submersible centrifugal aeration pump. They replace the original installation method, which relies on the pump's own weight for positioning at the bottom of the pool, with a design that uses dual inlet pipes and is suspended in the water surface by a buoyant buoy. Installation and maintenance are simple, and there is no need to enter the pool; the equipment can be lifted out directly.
Working Principle:
The buoyant aeration machine is an improved version of the original QXB aeration machine, consisting of an aeration unit, buoyant ring, air intake pipe, and mounting bracket. The buoyant ring relies on the buoyancy of water to suspend the aeration unit in the water, and it is secured to the pool edge with钢丝绳. It operates on the same principle as the QXB submersible centrifugal aeration machine. The main submersible centrifugal aeration unit is composed of a submersible pump, base, air intake pipe, and mixing chamber. The upper end of the air intake pipe protrudes above the water surface to draw in air, while the lower end connects to the mixing chamber. Once the equipment is turned on, the impeller rotates, causing water to exit the impeller and flow through the mixing chamber, creating pressure. Air is drawn in and mixed with the liquid, and the mixed fluid exits from the periphery, completing the oxygenation process.
Features:
1. Floating筒 aeration machines, easy to install and maintain
2. Compact design structure, utilizing self-priming function, no external air source required
3. Compact land area, low noise
4. Free to move while in operation
5. Aeration and mixing machine function
6. Operable in large water bodies such as fish ponds, river channels, scenic lakes, sewage channels, and oxidation ditches
Selection Considerations
To ensure effective aeration, the following parameters must be provided:
1. Aeration pond size
2. Aeration Pond Water Quality
Application Scope:
Buoyant aeration machines are primarily used in aeration ponds, sedimentation aeration basins, fish farming aeration, and lake water circulation for landscaping.
Note:
1. Cable wires are not permitted to be used as hoisting lines; chains must be used for lifting and moving aeration machines.
2. Power is not disconnected. Do not enter the pool to move the aeration machine.
3. Regularly remove the aeration equipment for inspection and cleaning
4. Upon initial startup, check if the impeller rotates in the correct direction. If it does not, it may slightly affect efficiency or, in severe cases, damage the motor.
