Performance Features:
★This series of hydraulic presses is a versatile forming equipment suitable for pressing processes of plastic materials. It is used for forming of powder products, plastic products, cold (hot) extrusion metal forming, sheet metal joining, as well as stamping, bending, flanging, and straightening processes.
The machine features an electrical system with an independent power unit, controlled centrally by buttons, allowing for three operating modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic.
★The machine's working pressure, pressing speed, and slider stroke can be adjusted according to process requirements. It can complete three process methods: ejection, non-ejection, and stretching. Each process offers the choice of pressure control or stroke control. The pressure control molding process features pressure holding, time delay, and automatic return after pressing.
★ This series of hydraulic press not only has the aforementioned functions, but also features ejection, delay, and automatic return for the ejection cylinder.
