High Temperature Aluminum Oxide: The DN1 product features uniform shrinkage rate, stable sintering density, and excellent green machining properties. Suitable for producing aluminum oxide ceramic substrates for casting and ceramic products for slurry molding, particularly for filling spheres with large diameters (over 50mm), high density (greater than 3.8g/cm³), and low water absorption rate of 99.5%.
DN2 products have loose crystal bonding, good grindability, and easy sintering capabilities. They can reduce the ceramic firing temperature by 50 to 100°C and are suitable for forming ceramics through calendering, casting, dry pressing, isostatic pressing, and slurry casting. They are used in various wear-resistant ceramic parts, high-temperature-resistant ceramic parts, electronic substrates, and refractory material products.
The DN3 product features coarse grains and complete crystal morphology, with a low shrinkage rate. Ceramics made from it exhibit stable shrinkage, high sintered density, high strength, and good wear resistance. Suitable for the molding preparation of various structural ceramics, ceramic seals, and wear-resistant ceramics via dry pressing, isostatic pressing, and hot pressing casting processes. It can also be used to produce high-quality alumina ceramic granulating powder.
