Process Flow for Aluminum Cap Forging

1. Operators should be familiar with product drawings, technical and quality requirements, and quantities prior to stamping. They must also confirm the material and specifications of the aluminum end caps before production can begin.

2. Select the appropriate mold based on the diameter of the aluminum cap and the thickness of the plate.

3. Sheets should be covered with plastic film before stamping and the mold should be coated with lubricant to prevent scratches during the stamping process.

4. During the pressing process, the actual conditions on-site should be repeatedly pressed multiple times. The number of pressing times should be within the range of 6-7, ensuring there are no dents, elongations, or frills.

5. After the initial aluminum cap blanking and forming, the geometric dimensions and shape must pass inspection before mass production can begin. Random inspections are conducted throughout the production process to strictly prevent the occurrence of non-conforming products.

6. After aluminum head forming, the edges are trimmed, followed by sanding and polishing for surface treatment.
