Aluminum cap forming process flow

1. Operators should be familiar with the product drawings, technical requirements, quality standards, and quantities before stamping. They must also confirm the material and specifications of the aluminum end caps before starting production.

2. Select the matching mold based on the diameter of the aluminum cap and the plate thickness.

3. Sheets should be covered with plastic film before stamping, and lubricant should be applied to the mold to prevent scratches during the stamping process.

4. During the pressing process, the actual conditions on site should be repeatedly pressed multiple times. The number of presses should be within the range of 6-7, ensuring there are no dents, elongations, or frills.

5. After the initial aluminum cap blanking and forming, the geometric dimensions and shapes must pass inspection before mass production can begin. Random inspections are conducted throughout the production process to strictly prevent the occurrence of non-conforming products.

6. After aluminum head forming, the edges are trimmed, followed by sanding and polishing surface treatment.
