This model utilizes silicon carbide rods as heating elements, combined with a YuDi intelligent temperature control module and touch screen operation. The furnace chamber is constructed with alumina hollow sphere bricks, offering excellent resistance to sudden temperature changes and corrosion. The heating rods are arranged both at the top and bottom of the furnace chamber. The furnace shell and door are sealed with a silicone rubber sealing structure, and a water-cooling chamber is designed to cool the furnace opening.
The electric furnace is suitable for inert atmosphere conditions and is equipped with a professional multi-port uniform air supply system to ensure effective and even distribution of gases to all angles within the furnace chamber. An exhaust system is set up at the furnace top, with flue gases discharged through the top chimney, and a high-temperature valve controls the exhaust volume.
This furnace model is an ideal equipment for silicon-carbide anode carbonization. The electric furnace features an international new style design, boasting simple and elegant structure, attractive appearance, and ease of operation among other advantages.
