KSF-100-11Q Rollway Atmosphere Box Furnace
This model features a silicon-carbide rod as the heating element, combined with a Yudian intelligent temperature control module and touch screen operation. The furnace chamber is constructed with alumina hollow ball bricks, offering excellent resistance to rapid temperature changes and corrosion. The heating rods are arranged both above and below the furnace chamber. The furnace shell and door are sealed with a silicone rubber sealing structure, and a water-cooled chamber is designed to cool the furnace opening.
The electric furnace is suitable for inert atmosphere conditions and is designed with a professional multi-port uniform air supply system to ensure effective and even distribution of gases to all angles within the furnace chamber. The furnace top is equipped with an exhaust system, with flue gas discharged through the top chimney, and a high-temperature valve controls the exhaust volume.
This furnace model is an ideal equipment for silicon-carbide anode carbonization. The electric furnace features an international new style design, boasting simple and elegant structure, attractive appearance, and ease of operation among other advantages.
