
KSF-56-10Q Box Type Atmosphere Roller Furnace
This model features a silicon-carbide rod as the heating element, combined with an intelligent temperature control module and centralized touch screen control. The furnace chamber is made of alumina hollow spheres, offering excellent resistance to rapid temperature changes and corrosion. The furnace shell and door are sealed with silicone rubber, and a water-cooled chamber is designed to cool the furnace mouth. The furnace chamber is constructed with alumina hollow sphere bricks, with silicon-carbide rods arranged at the top and bottom. The electric furnace uses nitrogen atmosphere and is equipped with a professional multi-port uniform gas supply system to ensure effective and even distribution of the gas throughout the furnace chamber. A single exhaust system is set at the furnace top, with flue gas expelled through the top chimney, and a high-temperature valve controls the exhaust volume. An exhaust valve and a drain valve are also provided at the bottom for washing and drying the furnace. The control system is integrated with the furnace shell, located at the bottom for easy operation. This furnace model is an ideal equipment for heat treatment under atmosphere protection. The electric furnace has an exterior design in line with international new styles, featuring simple and generous structure, attractive appearance, and easy operation.
