Product Introduction

A vacuum hot pressing furnace is a complete set of equipment that cures materials into shape under vacuum (or other atmospheres). It primarily uses resistance or induction heating and applies pressure from the top and bottom by an oil cylinder-driven ram. Under high temperatures, the interlocking of solid particles, grain growth, and the reduction of voids (air pockets) and grain boundaries occur. Through material transfer, the overall volume shrinks and density increases, forming a dense polycrystalline sinter with a certain microstructure, thereby shaping the material. The simultaneous effects of high temperature, pressure, and vacuum or atmosphere significantly enhance the product's density, hardness, and other mechanical, electronic, and thermal properties. This electric furnace is mainly supplied to colleges and research institutions for sintering treatment of inorganic materials under vacuum (or protective atmosphere) hot pressing conditions to obtain high-density products.
