Product Introduction
This series of atmosphere sublimation furnaces are all periodic operation type, constructed internally with 1600-type ceramic fiber assembly. They feature a double-chamber design, with the furnace door connected to the furnace body using a chain link. The seal between the furnace door and body is achieved with high-temperature-resistant silicone rings and stainless steel locking rings. The furnace legs have a V-shaped structure, with connecting plates and reinforcing plates welded between the two legs on both sides of the base, facilitating horizontal movement during installation. This furnace boasts even temperature distribution, low surface temperatures, rapid heating rate, energy-saving advantages, and is an ideal product for use in universities, research institutions, vacuum sintering, and atmosphere reduction.
Product Range
Suited for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing quality testing in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises, as well as for baking, oxidation, and pre-sintering of dental crowns in the powder metallurgy industry. Depending on the size of the heating zone, conduct small-scale and medium-scale tests, and proceed with mass production.
