
Product Introduction
A 1700°C vacuum atmosphere furnace utilizes silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, featuring a double-shell structure and a 30-step temperature control system. It incorporates phase trigger and silicon-controlled rectifier control. The furnace chamber is lined with alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The double shell of the furnace is equipped with an air-cooling system for rapid heating and cooling. The outer shell is fully sealed, and the door is sealed with silicone putty. It is equipped with a water-cooling system and silicone pads. The inflow of gas is controlled by a float flowmeter. This furnace boasts even temperature distribution, low surface temperatures, rapid heating and cooling rates, energy efficiency, and is an ideal equipment for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum annealing, melting, and analysis in universities, research institutions, and industrial enterprises.
