This equipment is specifically designed and manufactured for large workpieces or bulk thermal treatment production. It features a quartz tube diameter up to 152mm and a heating zone length of 1100mm, primarily used in industries such as LED phosphor, substrate materials, and battery materials production. Heating, temperature holding, and cooling can be accurately controlled with a precision of ±1°C. Such a large tube diameter and heating zone length significantly enhance the efficiency of continuous production. It can be operated under an atmosphere or in a vacuum to accommodate a wider range of material production processes. The equipment also includes a dual-gas control system and an internal constant-pressure control system, enabling fully automatic unattended operation!
